Cancellation and Refund Policy
Since, 3A HR Consulting is incurring the costs and dedicating time, manpower, technology resources, documentation and the required efforts to serve you at our best, we ensure that we will honour the refund as we feel you should have a good-feeling and be delighted too.
Before processing any refund, we reserve the right to make the best efforts to complete the services in the time that we are assuring you, but in some cases, if its delayed beyond our reasons, then we will still try our best to expedite the refund process, as applicable.
As we provide our services and training events to the benefits of our clients and customers, we are charging as per the prevailing market standards and/or on a discounted pricing norm, as is applicable
For any services or training programs/events, after you register for a session by paying a current fees/price, and you wish to cancel it, the amount will be processed soon and will be credited back to your Bank account within 5 working days. You would require the complete Bank details for processing it.
Certain restrictions and conditions may apply (per se the governmental requirements and charges), depending on which the refunds would be processed.

How to submit a refund request
You would need to send in an email (in writing) informing us of your cancellation request asking for the refund of the amount. We will refer to the request and make the refunds back to your Bank account or other payment mode as may be considered by the Payer.
For answers to any commonly asked questions, we receive (either my email or by phone) regarding a refund's status, please call on us so that we can discuss and confirm the details, as the transactions involves dealing with the banks and/or the payment service providers.
No-Show Policy by User (in case of Training programs)
In case of any training programs/events, our endeavour is always to allow the participants/ learners to learn at lower/discounted price/fees, we must also protect our Trainers/Instructors from fraud and provide them a reasonable payment schedule. Once you register for paid session and if you do not show-up at the training event/session, the entire amount that you have paid will NOT be refunded (no matter what the training fees has been charged).
In case, you intimate to us in writing within 1 day (physical events) or within 5 hours (virtual event), then you would be eligible to get a refund. If there is a delay in intimating or writing to us, the request will not be entertained. This will be considered as No-Show.
As a good gesture, we may allow to adjust the fees for any of our future training programs/events, which will be intimated/communicated as is necessitated.
Training Session cancellation Policy (in case of Training programs/events)
If due to some unavoidable circumstances, the Training program/event stands cancelled, full refund of the fees will be given to all the registered participants within 5 working days (after adjusting any governmental taxes, if any paid), as is applicable.
In case if the training program/event is organized at a later date, then we will intimate the same to all the registered participants. In case, the participant do not wish to join, in such cases, we will either refund the full fees back (after adjusting any governmental taxes, as applicable) to their respective bank account or if requested we can adjust for any of the future training programs/events.
Additional reasons for denied refunds
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to limit or deny refund requests in cases where we believe there is refund abuse or reasons beyond our control, which in all probability we wish to avoid these circumstances.
These refund restrictions will be enforced to the extent permitted by applicable laws of the land.
