The HR Certification is a comprehensive course dealing with all the aspects of HR which brings out the best practices the organizations follow all over the world. The course covers Core HR terminologies and concepts along with detailed knowledge about the various HR functions as performed within an organization. The HR Certification course will be beneficial for :

Methodology used: 

The training methodology used by our speakers will be the best in which the practical knowledge will be shared for better understanding of the subject, expose the participants to build-in the required knowledge, skills and competences which will help them to perform effectively at the jobs. 


The other part of the course is that practical demonstration as well as case-studies will be discussed to bring in better understanding of the topics. 



The course duration will be for 1 month (Max 100 hours)

Weekdays – 2 hours daily for 5 days in a week (Mon to Fri). 10 weeks.

Weekend Classes – 4 hours for 2 days in a week (Sat and Sun). 12 weeks.

Apart from this short duration Crash course can be organized based upon the requirements. 



Post the completion of the course, the participant will be required to take an examination/test. The examination will be based on subjective and multiple-choice questions. The examination is to test your knowledge and understanding of the subjects taught during the Certification course. 

Candidate will be required to get 60% of the marks to clear the examination and qualify for Certification. However, in case of failure, a repeat test/examination can be taken to clear the same. The participants wherever needed will be provided assistance so that they achieve success. 

Best student in the group will be awarded a suitable Gift or Cash prize along with the Certificate.


Placement and Support:

While we do get couple of requirements from various sources and connections, we would make every effort to place the candidates in some of the respective organizations; based on the existing vacancies as available.

This will be a continuous effort and right candidates will be supported in being placed in the right organization, until the candidates inform us not to find any opportunity. Future openings if any available will also be communicated, in case it is solicited. 

Students will be helped on pre-placement talks, how to face interviews, Resume build/preparation, career counselling, Video profiling, some quick tips for better communication, personality developmental aspects so that the students can be more confident to face the world.
