  • Follow PM path to keep up with project timelines/schedules
  • Follow AIMs methodology
  • Create and deliver quality documents - Functional and Technical, Test scripts, Training materials
  • Meet project priorities and engage Business teams till Go-Live
  • Maintain project metrics and provide for timely project status updates
  • Undertake to complete all project deliverables and project closure activities.
