Qlfn and Experience: Graduate, MBA (HR/MSW/HRM) with 10-15 years years of relevant exp. in the Garments/Textile industry.
Annual Salary: Upto INR 18.00 lakhs pa
Responsibilities :
• Working with the Leadership team to manage all HR activities, planning and execution
• Will be in Incharge of all the HR functions, Budgeting, HRMIS, PMS, Payroll, Learning and Development functions among other HR related activities
• Ensuring all Statutory Compliances with laws and regulations, Client Audits, Customer Audits
• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies and other engagement initiatives aligned with the business
• Interacting with inter departments across factory (Quality/ Fabric/ Purchase/ Materials/ Stores/ Shipping etc).
• Good understanding of manufacturing, textile, garment industry
• Preparing MIS Reports/Dashboard for daily/ weekly/ monthly reviews.
